빠르게 확인할 수 있도록 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전(설정 화면 하단), 증상과 재현 방법을 함께 적어 주세요. 스크린샷을 보낼 때는 설정의 ‘금액 가리기’를 켜서 매출 금액을 가려도 괜찮아요.

시작하기

  1. Etsy 상점 연결첫 화면에서 ‘Etsy 상점 연결’을 누르세요. 실제 상점을 연결하려면 Sales Widget Pro 구독이 필요해요. 구독을 시작한 뒤 상점을 운영하는 Etsy 계정으로 로그인하세요.
  2. 권한 허용Etsy 동의 화면에서 주문과 상점 정보를 읽는 권한을 허용하세요. 앱은 아무것도 바꿀 수 없어요.
  3. 대시보드 확인오늘부터 지난달까지 기간을 바꿔 가며 매출, 주문, 상품별 순위를 확인하세요.
  4. 위젯 추가홈 화면이나 잠금 화면에 위젯을 추가하면 앱을 열지 않아도 오늘 매출이 보여요.

구독하기 전에 먼저 둘러보려면 첫 화면에서 샘플 데이터로 둘러보기를 선택하세요. 샘플 모드는 무료로 모든 화면과 위젯을 보여 줘요.

위젯 추가하기

iPhone 홈 화면

  1. 편집 모드홈 화면의 빈 곳을 길게 누르고 ‘편집’ → ‘위젯 추가’를 누르세요.
  2. Sales Widget 검색위젯 목록에서 ‘Sales Widget’을 찾으세요.
  3. 크기 선택소형·중형·대형 중 원하는 크기를 골라 ‘위젯 추가’를 누르세요.

iPhone 잠금 화면

  1. 사용자화잠금 화면을 길게 누르고 ‘사용자화’ → ‘잠금 화면’을 선택하세요.
  2. 위젯 영역 선택시계 아래 위젯 영역이나 시계 위 날짜 영역을 누르세요.
  3. Sales Widget 추가‘Sales Widget’에서 직사각형·원형·인라인 위젯을 골라 추가하세요.

Android 홈 화면

  1. 앱에서 바로 추가앱의 위젯 가이드 화면에서 ‘홈 화면에 추가’를 누르세요. 지원하는 런처에서는 바로 추가돼요.
  2. 직접 추가또는 홈 화면의 빈 곳을 길게 누르고 ‘위젯’ → ‘Sales Widget’을 찾아 원하는 위치에 놓으세요.

구독 관리

샘플 데이터로 둘러보는 샘플 모드는 무료예요. 내 Etsy 상점을 연결해 실제 매출을 앱과 위젯에서 보려면 자동 갱신 구독인 Sales Widget Pro가 필요해요.

  • 요금: 월간 $2.99, 연간 $19.99(USD 기준). 국가·지역별 실제 가격은 구매 전에 스토어에 표시돼요.
  • 무료 체험: 스토어에서 제공하면 신규 구독자는 7일 무료 체험을 받을 수 있어요. 체험이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 고른 요금제로 결제돼요.
  • 자동 갱신: 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되고, 갱신 요금은 기간이 끝나기 전 24시간 이내에 청구돼요.

iPhone에서 해지·변경하기

  1. 설정 열기설정 앱을 열고 맨 위의 이름을 누르세요.
  2. 구독 선택‘구독’을 누르고 목록에서 Sales Widget을 고르세요.
  3. 해지 또는 변경‘구독 취소’를 누르거나 다른 요금제를 고르세요.

Android에서 해지·변경하기

  1. Google Play 스토어 열기구독할 때 쓴 Google 계정으로 로그인했는지 확인하세요.
  2. 정기 결제 선택오른쪽 위 프로필 → ‘결제 및 정기 결제’ → ‘정기 결제’를 누르세요.
  3. 해지 또는 변경Sales Widget을 고른 뒤 ‘정기 결제 취소’를 누르거나 요금제를 바꾸세요.

자세한 내용은 Google Play 고객센터를 확인하세요. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 쓸 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않아요.

구매 복원

기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치했다면, 구독할 때 쓴 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 앱 설정에서 ‘구매 복원’을 누르세요. 구독이 다시 활성화되고 위젯도 다시 열려요.

환불

결제와 환불은 Apple 또는 Google이 처리해서, 개발자는 결제 정보를 볼 수 없어요. App Store 구매는 reportaproblem.apple.com에서, Google Play 구매는 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 Google Play에서 요청하세요. 도움이 필요하면 me@leed.at으로 알려 주세요.

구독이 끝나면

구독이 만료되면 실제 상점 데이터와 위젯이 잠기고 구독 안내가 보여요. 샘플 모드는 계속 무료로 쓸 수 있고, 다시 구독하면 바로 다시 열려요. 자세한 조건은 이용약관을 확인하세요.

자주 묻는 질문

숫자가 Etsy 통계나 입금액과 달라요.

앱의 매출은 결제가 끝난 주문의 총액에서 세금과 환불액을 뺀 금액이고, Etsy 수수료와 결제 수수료는 빼지 않아요. ‘오늘’은 기기 시간대로 계산해요. 그래서 Etsy 통계 화면이나 결제 계정의 입금액과 다를 수 있어요.

위젯이 갱신되지 않아요.

위젯은 약 30분 간격으로 스스로 갱신하지만 실제 주기는 운영체제가 정해요. 앱을 한 번 열면 위젯도 바로 갱신되고, 위젯의 새로고침 버튼으로 즉시 갱신할 수 있어요. iOS의 저전력 모드나 Android의 배터리 최적화는 갱신을 늦출 수 있어요.

위젯에 ‘다시 연결이 필요해요’가 보여요.

Etsy 계정 설정에서 앱의 접근을 해제했거나, Etsy 비밀번호를 바꿨거나, 연결이 만료된 경우예요. 앱을 열고 Etsy 상점을 다시 연결하면 위젯도 복구돼요.

연결한 Etsy 계정에 상점이 없을 때 보여요. 상점을 운영하는 Etsy 계정으로 다시 연결해 주세요.

일부 기간에 ‘일부’ 표시가 붙어요.

주문이 아주 많아 한 번에 가져올 수 있는 양을 넘으면, 가장 최근 주문부터 가져온 범위까지만 합계를 내고 그 이전 기간에 ‘일부’를 표시해요.

다른 통화로 볼 수 있나요?

아니요. 매출은 Etsy 상점의 통화로 환산 없이 보여줘요.

구독했는데 Pro 기능이 잠겨 있어요.

앱 설정에서 ‘구매 복원’을 누르세요. 기기의 App Store나 Google Play에 구독할 때 쓴 계정으로 로그인되어 있는지도 확인해 주세요. 결제가 막 끝났거나 갱신 결제에 문제가 있으면 반영까지 시간이 걸릴 수 있어요. 그래도 해결되지 않으면 영수증 화면을 첨부해 문의해 주세요.

연결 해제와 데이터 삭제

Sales Widget에는 별도 회원 가입이 없고 판매 데이터나 구독 정보를 모아 두는 서버도 없어서, 서버에서 지워야 할 계정이 없어요. 아래 순서대로 기기와 Etsy 계정에서 연결을 완전히 해제할 수 있어요.

  1. 앱에서 연결 해제앱의 설정 화면에서 Etsy 연결 해제를 누르세요. 기기에 저장된 토큰, 상점 정보, 판매 데이터, 위젯 데이터가 삭제돼요.
  2. Etsy 접근 해제etsy.com/your/account/apps에 접속해 Sales Widget의 접근을 해제하세요.
  3. 구독 해지구독 중이라면 먼저 iPhone의 설정 > [사용자 이름] > 구독, 또는 Google Play 스토어의 결제 및 정기 결제에서 해지하세요. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않아요.
  4. 위젯 제거와 앱 삭제홈 화면·잠금 화면에서 위젯을 제거한 뒤 앱을 삭제하세요.
  5. 오류 보고서 삭제 요청(선택)Sentry에 저장된 익명 오류 보고서의 삭제를 원하시면 me@leed.at으로 요청해 주세요. 처리에 필요한 정보를 안내해 드려요.

Getting started

  1. Connect your Etsy shopOn the first screen, tap Connect Etsy shop. Connecting a real shop requires Sales Widget Pro; start your subscription, then sign in with the Etsy account that runs your shop.
  2. Allow accessOn Etsy’s consent screen, allow read access to your orders and shop details. The app can’t change anything.
  3. Check the dashboardSwitch between periods from today to last month to see sales, orders, and top listings.
  4. Add widgetsAdd widgets to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see today’s sales without opening the app.

Want to look around before subscribing? Choose to explore with sample data on the first screen. Sample mode shows every screen and widget for free.

Adding widgets

iPhone Home Screen

  1. Enter edit modeTouch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, then tap Edit → Add Widget.
  2. Find Sales WidgetSearch for “Sales Widget” in the widget gallery.
  3. Choose a sizePick small, medium, or large and tap Add Widget.

iPhone Lock Screen

  1. CustomizeTouch and hold the Lock Screen, then tap Customize → Lock Screen.
  2. Pick a widget areaTap the widget area below the clock, or the date area above it.
  3. Add Sales WidgetChoose a rectangular, circular, or inline Sales Widget widget.

Android Home Screen

  1. Add from the appOpen the widget guide in the app and tap Add to Home Screen. Supported launchers add it right away.
  2. Add manuallyOr touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Widgets, find Sales Widget, and drop it where you like.

Managing your subscription

Sample mode, which shows sample data, is free. To connect your own Etsy shop and see your real sales in the app and widgets, you need Sales Widget Pro, an auto-renewable subscription.

  • Price: $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (USD). Prices in your country or region are shown in the store before you buy.
  • Free trial: when the store offers it, new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, you’re charged for the plan you chose.
  • Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancel or change on iPhone

  1. Open SettingsOpen the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap SubscriptionsTap Subscriptions and choose Sales Widget.
  3. Cancel or changeTap Cancel Subscription, or pick a different plan.

Cancel or change on Android

  1. Open the Google Play StoreMake sure you’re signed in with the Google account you subscribed with.
  2. Open SubscriptionsTap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Cancel or changeChoose Sales Widget, then tap Cancel subscription or change your plan.

See Google Play Help for details. After you cancel, Pro stays available until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription.

Restore purchases

On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, then tap Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings. Your subscription turns back on and your widgets unlock again.

Refunds

Billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, and the developer can’t see your payment details. Request a refund for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play purchases through Google Play under the Google Play refund policies. If you need help, email me@leed.at.

When a subscription ends

When your subscription expires, your real shop data and widgets are locked and a subscription prompt appears. Sample mode stays free, and subscribing again unlocks them right away. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

Frequently asked questions

The numbers differ from Etsy’s stats or my deposits.

The app’s sales are the grand total of paid orders minus taxes and refunds; Etsy fees and payment processing fees are not deducted. “Today” is calculated in your device’s time zone. So the numbers can differ from Etsy’s stats screens or your Etsy Payment deposits.

My widget isn’t updating.

Widgets refresh themselves about every 30 minutes, but the operating system decides the actual schedule. Opening the app refreshes widgets immediately, and you can tap the refresh button on the widget. Low Power Mode on iOS and battery optimization on Android can delay updates.

The widget says it needs to reconnect.

This happens if you revoked the app’s access in your Etsy account settings, changed your Etsy password, or the connection expired. Open the app and connect your Etsy shop again, and the widget will recover.

It says this account has no Etsy shop.

The connected Etsy account doesn’t have a shop. Connect again with the Etsy account that runs your shop.

Some periods are marked as partial.

If you have more orders than can be fetched at once, totals cover the range from your newest orders back to the oldest one fetched, and earlier periods are marked as partial.

Can I use a different currency?

No. Sales are shown in your Etsy shop’s currency and are never converted.

I subscribed, but Pro is still locked.

Tap Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings, and check that your device’s App Store or Google Play is signed in with the account you subscribed with. A purchase that just went through, or a problem with a renewal payment, can take a little while to show up. If it still doesn’t work, email us with a screenshot of your receipt.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

Sales Widget has no separate registration and no server that collects your sales data or subscription details, so there is no server-side account to delete. Follow these steps to fully disconnect from your device and your Etsy account.

  1. Disconnect in the appTap Disconnect Etsy in the app’s Settings. Tokens, shop details, sales data, and widget data stored on your device are deleted.
  2. Revoke Etsy accessGo to etsy.com/your/account/apps and remove Sales Widget’s access.
  3. Cancel your subscriptionIf you subscribe, cancel first in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play Store. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  4. Remove widgets and delete the appRemove the widgets from your Home Screen and Lock Screen, then delete the app.
  5. Request error report deletion (optional)To have anonymous error reports stored with Sentry deleted, email me@leed.at and we’ll tell you what we need to process it.
