1. The service

The app is a tool that reads shop and order data from the Etsy account you authorize, with read-only access, and shows it in the app and in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. The app never changes your listings, orders, shop settings, or payment details. Sample mode, which shows sample data, is free; connecting your own shop is offered through the paid subscription described in section 5.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app.

3. Accounts and permissions

• You connect your shop with your Etsy account; there is no separate registration. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Only connect Etsy shops that you are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for the security of your device and Etsy account.
• You can disconnect in the app or revoke the app’s access from your Etsy account settings at any time.

4. Figures shown in the app

• Sales are the grand total of paid orders minus taxes and refunds; Etsy fees and payment processing fees are not deducted.
• Periods are calculated in your device’s time zone, so day boundaries can differ from Etsy’s own screens.
• Amounts are shown in your shop’s currency and are never converted.
• Delays, rate limits, or outages of the Etsy API can make data late or cover only part of a period; the app then marks it as partial.
• We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data shown.
• Always confirm important financial, tax, or accounting decisions with Etsy’s official sales records and your Etsy Payment account.

5. Subscriptions (Sales Widget Pro)

• Plans and prices: monthly at $2.99 or yearly at $19.99 (US dollars). Prices, currency, and whether taxes are included in your country or region are set by Apple or Google and shown in the store before you buy.
• Free trial: when the store offers it, new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial; Apple or Google decides who is eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you chose when the trial ends and the subscription begins. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) at confirmation of purchase. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google; the developer never receives or sees your card number or other payment details.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the price changes, Apple or Google will notify you in advance and ask for your consent where their policies require it.
• Cancel and manage: you can cancel or switch plans at any time in your device’s subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. After you cancel, the subscription features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app or disconnecting Etsy does not cancel your subscription.
• Restore purchases: on a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with and tap Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings to turn your subscription back on.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Request a refund for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play purchases through Google Play under the Google Play refund policies. If you need help, email me@leed.at. Nothing in these terms limits any right of withdrawal or refund you have under applicable law.
• When a subscription ends: if your subscription expires — because a canceled subscription reaches the end of its period, a payment fails, or it is refunded — your real Etsy shop data and widgets are locked and a subscription prompt is shown. Sample mode stays free, and subscribing again restores access right away. You can disconnect Etsy and delete the data on your device in Settings at any time.
• Store terms: subscription purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service. On iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies; this app has no separate EULA.

6. Your responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, the Etsy Terms of Use, and the Etsy API Terms of Use.
• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows.
• Do not use automated means to send excessive requests or interfere with the Etsy API, the app, or the relay.
• Do not connect other people’s accounts or shops without authorization.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The developer owns the rights to the app’s design, code, and logo.

Sales Widget is an independent app and is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. As required by the Etsy API Terms of Use:

App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including that the app will operate without interruption or error, or that the data shown is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of sales, business opportunity, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the app, or from delays, errors, or omissions in the data. This does not limit liability for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to the service

Features may change or be discontinued because of changes to Etsy API or app store policies, or for technical reasons. We will announce important changes in the app or on this website. If we can no longer provide the subscription features, we will announce it in advance and make sure no further renewal charges are made.

11. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes on this page and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Continuing to use the app after the changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not limited by these terms.
